The individual blocks on this topper are created using Foundation paper piecing, often abbreviated to FPP. It is a popular technique of sewing fabric to a printed paper foundation. This creates extremely precise points and shapes, and allows angles that would otherwise be tricky or impossible, to be sewn with ease. 
 
Once checkout has been fully completed, the PDF will be available to download and view or print at home. The step-by-step instructions are in full colour and easy to follow.
 
FINISHED TOPPER SIZE - Approximately 42½ inches x 42½ inches.
 
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED
(fabric and sewing tools are not included with instructions)
 
1½ metre fabric A (for blocks & binding)
1 metre fabric B
1 metre fabric C              (quantities are approximate and do not include backing fabric)
1 metre fabric D
Thread & basic sewing kit, including temporary hold fabric glue pen
templates for FPP (one included, to be photocopied)
